The Prophet (Sallallahu ‘Alayhi wasallam) said, “The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Quran and teach it.” And said, “Verily actions are but by intentions, and every person shall have (be rewarded for) what they intended” [Reported in BukhariMuslim].

Allah says in Surah At-Tawbah [9:124] {And when a surah is revealed, some of them ask, “Which of you did this increase him in Iman?”. As for the ones who believe, it increased them in Iman, and they rejoice}.
